Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. You can order up to four cut samples for free to see how the tiles look in your home's natural light.
How much should I allow for tile wastage?
We generally recommend adding 10% to your total area measurement to account for cuts, breakages, and future repairs.
How are the tiles delivered and what is the cost?
Most orders are delivered on a pallet via a tail-lift vehicle. Delivery is free on all orders over £500, with standard delivery typically taking 2-3 working days.
What is your return policy for leftover tiles?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can return any full, unopened boxes of tiles within 30 days of delivery for a refund, excluding delivery costs.
Are your porcelain tiles suitable for outdoor use?
Many of our ranges are suitable for outdoors. Look for tiles with a thickness of 20mm or those with a high R11 anti-slip rating for safe use in external areas.
